Financial Aid Policy:

The purpose of the Financial Aid Program at Aiken Preparatory School is to provide financial assistance to deserving students who need it in order to enroll. Financial aid is available in the form of outright grants. All financial aid at Aiken Prep is need-based with individual merit being a consideration after the need is established. The School and Student Service for Financial Aid (Princeton, New Jersey) bases the determination of need upon a standard application process that is objectively reviewed. This application process requires all candidates to submit specified financial data in a timely fashion. The Service's financial analysis is evaluated by Aiken Prep's Financial Aid Committee which makes all grant awards. Nearly 18% of families attending Aiken Prep receive financial aid awards averaging $2700 a year per child.
